This Baked Corn Fritters recipe is a delicious oven-baked meatball one, cooked with Corn, Tuna, and Potatoes. Also, it is a tasty appetizer for everyone in the family. By the way, Meatballs with corn are a tradition of Spanish cuisine, cooked simply with corn, flour, eggs, cheese, and spices in the pan.
Today, I will share a version of meatballs with corn in the oven, combining boiled fresh corn with potatoes and tuna.
In brief, I used three medium wet corns in this recipe. So, after boiling them, I separated corn grains with the help of a knife. Also, I boil unpeeled potatoes and mash them. We drain the canned tuna from oil or water, and also, I use minced Kashkaval cheese.
In other words, these corn fritters cook quickly and easily. We can taste them as they come out of the oven, accompany them with a sauce, or even prepare a hamburger to take with you.
Just add a green salad, tomatoes, cucumber, sauces you like, and with these meatballs, you will prepare tasty hamburgers for kids.
