This Anchovy Recipe is a delicious oven-baked one to enjoy at lunch or dinner. The recipe prepares quickly and in a few minutes.
The part that takes the most time is cleaning the fish by eliminating the head, abdomen, and spine, but you can also buy them cleaned and ready to cook.
Anchovy is a small fish similar to sardines and very rich in nutritional values to eat by everyone in the family.

Ingredients
- 400 g of cleaned anchovies
- 4-5 tbsp of bread crumbs
- ½ glass of white wine
- ½ fresh garlic, or one garlic clove
- fresh parsley
- 1 small tomato, or 2-3 cherry tomatoes
- salt, pepper, olive oil
Directions
- First, we clean the anchovies from the head, the abdomen part, and the spine. Rinse them well in running water, drain them and dry them with kitchen paper.
- We will marinate them with salt and pepper. Coat with olive oil the pan first and transfer them to the baking pan. We will marinate them in the baking pan with white wine, taking care that the anchovies do not sail in the wine.
- In a kitchen mixer, we will grind the garlic and parsley. Mix this mixture with the bread crumbs. You can also cut the garlic and parsley finely with a kitchen knife.
- Add the marinated bread with spices on top of the fish, sprinkling it with olive oil. We also put the sliced tomatoes.
- Bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes to create a nice crust.
- Remove the pan from the oven, let it rest for a few minutes, and serve it warm.
