Ingredients
- 3-4 pork chops
- Olive oil, salt, pepper, oregano, rosemary, salvia
- One glass of white wine
- 3-4 Potatoes
Directions
- After lightly beating the chops with a meat beater, we will marinate the pork chops with salt and black pepper.
- In a pressure cooker, we will add a little olive oil, a clove of garlic, and other herbs.
- Let it heat up a bit and add the chops. Leave them for 2-3 minutes and turn them over. We quench them with white wine, and they will increase the heat to evaporate the alcohol.
- Add a glass of water and close the pressure cooker. Let it cook for about 10-12 minutes.
- Meanwhile, peel the potatoes, wash them, and cut them into medium cubes. Marinate them with salt and black pepper.
- Once the time has passed, we open the pressure cooker and check the meat. It should be soft and juicy. We need the juice for cooking potatoes.
- Remove the meat and add the potatoes to the pot. We also place the chops on top. Add the dried oregano and close the pressure cooker again.
- Let it cook under pressure for 5 minutes. We turn it off and consume it warm. It is a quick, easy, and tasty recipe. Very comfortable for cases where you have not cooked anything for your meals.
