Banana And Cherry Cake is a simple and delicious dessert for the summer season. You may not even use bananas if you do not like them. I prefer to use less sugar and more fruits in my cake recipes.
This cake is delicious to serve at every time of the day.

Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 120 g of sugar
- 90 g of melted butter
- 125 ml natural yogurt or cherry yogurt
- 300 g of flour
- 1 package of baking powder
- 1 banana
- cinnamon and vanilla
- a little salt
- powder sugar
Directions
- First, we wash the cherries and clean the kernels without damaging the grain.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Prepare a 24 cm diameter cake pan, grease it with butter, and sprinkle with flour.
- In a glass bowl, add the eggs, a little salt, and sugar and beat with an electric egg beater until foamy and the eggs increase in volume.
- Add the yogurt and melted and cooled butter. Mix well again.
- Add vanilla and cinnamon powder as desired.
- Continue cooking by adding the sifted flour together with the baking powder.
- Mix with a spatula and when the dough is ready, add the seasoned banana with cinnamon into small pieces or puree and cherries. Mix them carefully.
- Throw the cake dough in the cake baking pan.
- We will bake it in the preheated oven, initially at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, and after that, at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. We do the test with toothpicks.
- Take the cake out of the oven, place it on a plate, and sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
- Serve it in pieces as desired.
