This Liver And Pasta recipe is a tasty and easy recipe to make. This food is a delicious solution for a second course at our lunch or dinner during the week. It is also a food that we can take with us to work.
For an even tastier and healthier recipe, I added vegetables to the recipe. It is a colorful and nutritional recipe.
I cooked it with goat kid liver, but you can also cook it with lamb, chicken, or even beef liver.

Ingredients
- 1 lamb or goat kid liver
- 1 glass of small pasta
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 zucchini
- 2 small tomatoes
- salt, pepper, olive oil, oregano, thyme
Directions
- As a start, we will wash the liver well, cut it, and put it in water to clean it well from the blood. You can also choose to put it in milk.
- Wash the vegetables well, clean the vegetables, and cut them into small cubes in a row.
- In a pan, add a little olive oil, and add the onion, sautéing for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
- Continue cooking by adding the liver well-drained water. We will mix it with the onion. When it changes color, we add a little salt, pepper, and the other diced vegetables.
- Add a little salt and pepper after adding cut tomatoes. Let them cook for a few minutes until they make a sauce.
- In the end, add the chosen small pasta. Add two cups of hot water. Season all with olive oil, salt, pepper, if necessary, oregano and thyme. Let all cook for a few minutes.
- We throw the mixture in a clay or glass baking pan and bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes until the casserole gets a nice reddish color on the surface.
- Take it out of the oven, divide it into plates and serve immediately.
Bon Appetit!
