Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 105 g of sugar
- 125 ml of vegetal oil
- 370 g of ripe bananas
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 220 g of all-purpose1 flour
- 1/2 package of baking powder
- 60 g of cocoa
- 60 g of dark chocolate
- a little salt
- icing sugar
Directions
- First, we prepare a baking cake pan by laying the base with baking paper. Grease its sides with butter, and sprinkle with flour.
- In a bowl, we will beat the eggs with the sugar and a little salt until they significantly increase the volume and become white foam.
- Add the vanilla flavor and oil to the yarn and continue mixing it with the electric egg beater to obtain a creamy mass.
- Peel and press the bananas with a fork and add them to the liquid mass. Mix it until to have a homogeneous mixture.
- Separately mix the flour with the baking powder and cocoa, sift it and gradually add it to the liquid mass until it becomes a cake dough.
- We cut the chocolate with a knife and add it to the cake dough. Mix with a spatula and throw the cake dough in the prepared pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Do the toothpick test.
When the cake is ready, remove it from the oven. - Transfer it to a plate, sprinkle it with powdered sugar as desired, and let it cool completely.
- We cut it into slices and serve it as desired.
