Pasta is Italian food that we love and cook in various recipes in our family. Today, we like to share our Pasta And Tuna Recipe. Easy to prepare and tasty and delicious to eat.
Ingredients for 4-Servings
- 400 g spaghetti pasta
- 160 g tuna in oil
- 10- cherry tomatoes
- 1-zucchini, diced
- Some olive grains
- 200 ml tomato sauce
- 1-garlic clove
- salt, pepper, olive oil
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or basil
Directions
- In a deep pasta casserole, add water and put to boil. When the water starts to boil, add the salt and pasta to cook.
- In a saucepan, add a little olive oil, the peeled garlic clove, and let to season the oil in medium heat, for one minute.
- Add the diced zucchini, stir-fry for 2 minutes, and cherry tomatoes, cut in half, and the olive grains.
- Let cook together for the other 2 minutes, and add the oil-drained tuna and tomato sauce.
- Season it with salt and pepper, and the sauce is ready. Garnish with the fresh herbs.
- Drain the pasta cooked al dente and add to the sauce. Add a little by the pasta water, and let cook together in the sauce for 1-2 minutes.
- Transfer hot pasta to a serving dish and serve immediately.

Tips
- You can use tuna in water if you don’t prefer oil.
- If you don’t have cherry tomatoes, you can replace it with other small ripe tomatoes, diced.
