This Steak Onions Recipe recipe in the pan is quick, easy to prepare, and full of flavor. In a few minutes, you will have ready the main course. Ingredients-4 Servings
- 4 steak or beef chops
- 2-3 onions
- 2 tbsp of butter
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of flour
- ½ glass of white wine
- salt, pepper, fresh herbs (Rosemary, Majonara, Cerely, Laurel, Thyme)
Directions
- Washed and dried steaks, we will dust them with flour and set them aside.
We will cut the peeled onions into thin slices. In a pan, we will add ½ of butter and oi, and we will add the onions to cook at medium temperature.
- Once the onions soften, add a little salt and pepper and remove them separately.
- We will add the rest of the butter and oil and place the steak pieces in the pan.
- Take care to mix on all sides, add salt, pepper, and spices.
- Once the steak cooks, we will quench it with wine and let the alcoholic part evaporate.
- Let the steak cook for a few minutes covered with a lid, and just before removing it, we will add the onions to cook together. We enjoy it with salt and pepper.
We will serve it warm, accompanied by cooked onions and grilled vegetables.
