- 2 potatoes
- 1 zucchini
- 1/2 broccoli
- fresh parsley, salt, pepper

- In a non-stick pan, pour olive oil and sauté the onion until soft.
- Add diced carrot and zucchini and mix all.
- Add the potatoes and after stirring for 2 minutes, add the water and bring to a boil. Add salt and chopped broccoli in small pieces.
- Add the diced salmon fillet. We must be careful that the fish be clean from needles and skin. You can also add it together with veggies, but it can spoil the shape since the salmon has a fast cooking time. In this way, the vegetables will cook right at the same time as the fish.
- Let it cook for about 15 minutes, and our soup is ready to serve.
