Mixed Salad Recipe

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp of balsamic vinegar

Directions

  1. I have chosen this type of mixed green salad because there are many green salads in the package, such as arugula, some types of green salads, spinach leaves, beet leaves, etc. This mixed salad is rich in color and delicious to eat. Arugula and all other variety of greens in this package are ready to use in our salad and do not need to chop because they are small leaves. If you want to cut it, use your hands to divide them into smaller pieces. You can even combine these types of green vegetables yourself according to the purchases you may have made.
  2. First, we wash the mixture of greens in running water and dry it properly.
  3. Place the water-dried salad in a large bowl. We wash and cut the small tomatoes in half and place them on top. We also put cherry mozzarella cheese.
  4. Prepare the marinade by mixing the oil and balsamic vinegar in a small bowl with a lid until it becomes a creamy mass. Add salt, mix again, and add to the salad. Mix well and serve.
